Vendor Information

We are accepting applications for vendors who would like to sell their wares at the Conference. We're looking for those vendors who have goods or services that apply to partipants at faires (tankards, pouches, costuming, etc). Fai, plastic wands, and the like need not apply.

We will have two dedicated vendor rooms and, weather permitting, will use more of the central concourse for the layout. Space will be available at a rate of $75 per table. If you need them, the hotel will have 7' folding tables available for your use. If you have an unusual selling layout or arrangement, please contact us and we'll work up an agreeable solution and and appropriate fee.

Vendors signing up by January 15th will be listed in the event program. Applications will not be accepted after January 21st.
